GST and Income Tax Compliance Services for Businesses and Professionals
Missed deadlines and filing mistakes cost money. We help you register for GST, file returns on time, handle income tax filing and keep your records in order, so you can focus on running your business.
Stay compliant without losing sleep over due dates
Tax rules in India are detailed, and deadlines come around every month. A late GST return brings late fees and interest, a wrongly claimed input credit creates notices and an incorrect income tax return can cause refunds to be delayed or taxes to be demanded later. Many small businesses and professionals simply do not have time to track all of this.
Zorvex Enterprises provides practical compliance support: GST registration and returns, income tax return filing, TDS and advance tax support, and organised records. Our team prepares and files using the documents you provide. For matters that need a statutory audit, notices or legal representation, we work with a practising Chartered Accountant or advocate and tell you upfront.

GST: what every business owner should know
GST registration is generally required when your turnover crosses the prescribed threshold, which differs for goods and services and for some states, and in specific cases regardless of turnover, such as certain inter-state supplies and e-commerce selling. Once registered, you must file periodic returns, normally GSTR-1 for sales and GSTR-3B for the summary return and tax payment, with due dates generally in the following month. Eligible small taxpayers can opt for the QRMP scheme (quarterly returns with monthly payment), and eligible small businesses can choose the composition scheme.
Delayed filing leads to late fees, and delayed payment attracts interest at the prescribed rate. Rates, thresholds and due dates are updated by notification, so we always check the current position for you instead of relying on old rules.
Income tax: returns, advance tax and TDS
The right ITR form depends on who you are and how you earn: salaried individuals, business owners using presumptive taxation, professionals, partnership firms or companies each have different requirements. If your tax liability crosses the limit, advance tax must be paid in instalments during the year to avoid interest. Businesses that deduct tax at source must deposit TDS and file TDS returns every quarter. Due dates for returns are notified each year and are sometimes extended, so we track the latest notifications for you.
Businesses above certain turnover limits may also need a tax audit. We tell you early if audit applies, so there is no last-minute rush.

Frequently asked questions
Who needs to register for GST?
Generally, businesses whose turnover exceeds the prescribed threshold, and those in categories that need registration regardless of turnover, such as certain inter-state suppliers and e-commerce sellers. We check your case and tell you clearly.
What is the difference between GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B?
GSTR-1 reports your outward supplies (sales). GSTR-3B is the summary return where you declare tax liability, claim input tax credit and pay tax.
What happens if I file GST returns late?
Late fees and interest can apply, and continued non-filing can lead to notices and even cancellation of registration. Filing regularly, even for nil returns, avoids this.
Can you file my income tax return even if I have missed the deadline?
In many cases a belated return can still be filed, subject to the rules and with possible fees and interest. We assess your situation and advise.
Do you provide GST registration for a new business?
Yes. We prepare documents, apply on the portal, respond to queries and help you obtain the registration certificate.
Is my financial data safe with you?
We treat your data as confidential, use it only for your compliance work and ask for access only to what is necessary.
